5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm (Strength & Conditioning), 5:30pm (Corporate Wellness/ TEAM Building)


Tuesday:

 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am(GoFit), 11:30am (Corporate Wellness/ TEAM Building),12:30pm (GoFit), 4:30pm (Strength & Conditioning)


Wednesday:

5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30am


Thursday:

5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am(GoFit), 11:30am (Corporate Wellness/ TEAM Building), 12:30pm (GoFit), 4:30pm (Strength & Conditioning), 5:30pm (CrossFit Kids)


Friday:

5am, 6am (Personal Training Session), 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm (Strength & Conditioning), 5:30pm (Corporate Wellness/ TEAM Building)


Saturday:

8am (MOBILITY CLASS), 9am


Sunday:

9am
