 A 60-minute small-group recovery session designed for adults who feel stiff, stressed, overworked, overtrained, or physically beat up from daily life and training.

Through guided mobility, flexibility, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, this session helps improve range of motion, reduce tension, support recovery, and teach practical tools to better manage stress throughout the day.

What’s Included

AMRAP Recovery and Reset is a structured 60-minute small-group session designed to help you slow down, reset, and restore both physically and mentally.

Each session includes guided mobility and flexibility work, breathing techniques, mindfulness-based recovery, and coach-led instruction in a small-group setting.

The goal is simple: to help you feel less tight, less stressed, and better prepared for the demands of training and everyday life.


Who It’s For

This session is a strong fit for adults who:

  • feel stiff or tight throughout the week

  • train hard and need better recovery

  • feel physically run down or beat up

  • carry a lot of stress and want practical tools to manage it

  • want guided mobility and breathing instruction in a supportive setting

  • want to improve how they move, recover, and feel overall

You do not need to be advanced, flexible, or experienced to benefit.

Saturday — 8:30 a.m.

4-session pack: $80

Founding Member Pilot
Limited to the first 7 paid members
4 sessions for $72 during the first month only

After the first month, the standard 4-session rate becomes $80.

A minimum of 3 paid participants is required for the class to run in standard small-group format. Maximum class size is 8 participants.


Reservations and Policies

Reservations are by appointment only and are confirmed once payment is received and required forms are completed.

Until payment is received and required forms are completed, your spot is not guaranteed and may be offered to another participant or the waitlist.

  • 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule

  • cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may receive class credit

  • late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session

  • if class is full, you may request to join the waitlist


What to Bring

Please bring:

  • a yoga mat

  • water

  • comfortable clothing that allows easy movement

Please arrive 10 minutes early so class can begin on time.


Parking

Street parking is available. One driveway space may be available when indicated in advance. Please park respectfully and do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or walkways.
