Getting Started with AMRAP Fitness
Starting with AMRAP Fitness is simple.
Whether you are interested in semi-private personal training, AMRAP Recovery and Reset, nutrition coaching, or online support, the process begins with choosing the program that best fits your goals and availability.
Step 1: Choose the right program
Explore the available programs and decide which service best fits your needs.
Step 2: Contact Coach Ray or reserve your spot
Some programs begin with a brief conversation, while others may be reserved directly depending on availability.
Step 3: Complete payment and required forms
Before starting any AMRAP Fitness program, all clients must complete required health forms, waivers, and policy acknowledgments.
Reservations are only confirmed once payment is received and required forms are completed.
Step 4: Receive your confirmation and instructions
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the details you need, including scheduling information, what to bring, and what to expect.

Parking and Arrival
Street parking is available. One driveway space may be available when indicated in advance. Please park respectfully and do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or walkways.
Please arrive on time and come prepared for your session. Bring any required items listed for your program, and follow all parking, entry, and house rules.
