8/26 Thursday - top 3 mistakes when changing your nutrition lifestyle
By Coach Ray Traitz
Inconsistency- without giving your lifestyle change a chance (4 to 6 weeks) and understanding that change takes time. Then nothing will happen. Be patient and just know that it’s a marathon and not a sprint. Long-lasting changes and behavior modification take time.
Too restrictive- eliminating too many foods or labeling them as “good & bad” is a recipe for failure for most. Most people do not have the willpower or discipline to maintain. This is unsustainable and unrealistic for most. Why set yourself up for failure?
Not tracking- Do you track your income & bills? Why? Your nutrition should be no different. People are too quick to try the next fade “diet” and only to see short-term results. Most don’t track hence, they stop seeing results and in some cases gain weight. Be smart, download an app, and track your calories.
